Find a time for me and Charlie to meet Halden next week. In person if they can.
09:02
Charlie’s assistant and I have agreed Tuesday or Wednesday morning. I’ve emailed Halden three times and held them in both your calendars.

Halden picked Wednesday at 10:00 at their office. It’s booked, with 25 minutes to get there after your 9:00.

Personal AssistantHow it works

Ask once.It gets done.

01 Your assistant

Ask, or let it pick up the email

Tell your assistant who you need to meet, or let it handle the “let me know when you’re free” emails.

02 Your assistant

Times proposed and held

It proposes three clear times that fit your preferences and holds them in your calendar, so the next email never offers the same slot.

03 Your assistant

Booked

When a time is picked, the meeting goes in everyone’s calendar with the location or video link.

Personal AssistantTwo kinds of scheduling

Assistant to assistant.Or straight from your inbox.

When colleagues use Dream too, your assistants agree a time between themselves, taking account of availability, preferences and other commitments, securely.

When someone emails asking when you’re free, the reply goes out with clear times, and those times are held until they answer.

  • Preferences followed, but never rigidly
  • Your destination time zone when you travel, with both zones in the email
  • Travel time allowed between in-person meetings

Personal AssistantThe details

What it handles

  • One-to-ones, group meetings and board meetings
  • Internal calls with busy colleagues
  • External meetings with clients, investors and partners
  • Rescheduling when plans change
  • Locations and video links in the invite

Good to know

  • Works with Google and Microsoft calendars
  • Assistant-to-assistant scheduling works when colleagues use Dream too
  • It proposes specific times rather than asking people to suggest some

Personal AssistantFAQs

Questions, answered.

Will it double-book me?

No. It checks every connected calendar first and holds the times it offers, so two replies never offer the same slot.

Does it respect my working hours?

Yes. Set your hours and preferences and it follows them, without turning down a meeting that clearly has to happen.

Can it schedule across time zones?

Yes. When you’re travelling it works in your destination time zone and gives times in both zones.

What if the other person has an assistant?

If they use Dream, the two assistants agree a time directly. If they have a human assistant, yours works with them by email.
