Will it work alongside our EA or assistant pool?
Yes. Your EA or assistant pool can keep the diary, and Dream takes the admin around it, especially the jobs that sit between work and life.
Can it handle meetings across time zones?
Yes. It proposes times in the right time zone for where you are, gives both time zones when you’re travelling and allows for travel time between in-person meetings.
Will it respect my preferences?
Yes. Set your working hours and when you like to meet, and it follows them. But it won’t turn down a meeting that clearly has to happen just because it falls outside your usual pattern.
How do you protect confidential client and deal information?
Dream guards against data exfiltration, your messages are encrypted at rest, and trained PAs work from a brief with no direct access to your email or accounts. Your data is never used to train AI models, and we can supply a DPA.
Can it schedule with my partners?
Yes. When your partners use Dream too, your assistants agree a time between themselves, taking account of availability, preferences and other commitments, securely.
