Dream connects through standard Google or Microsoft sign-in, and we can share our security details and a DPA with your IT team. Talk to us if you’d like help with that conversation.
Can it update our CRM?
Yes. It keeps HubSpot or Attio up to date with notes and next steps, and with Granola connected it picks up follow-ups from your meeting notes.
How does internal scheduling work?
Ask your assistant to find a time with colleagues. If they use Dream too, the assistants agree a time between themselves, taking account of availability and preferences. If not, it emails them with times that work.
Can it book client lunches in places I don’t know?
Yes. It finds somewhere suitable near the meeting and books it. When a restaurant only takes bookings by phone, it brings in a trained PA to call.
