Personal AssistantBeyond the inbox
Not just your inbox. The really annoying stuff.
People expect AI to draft an email. Dream goes further: when something needs a phone call, a form or a bit of persuasion, your assistant brings in one of our trained PAs, and it gets done.
My parcel is three days late.
A trained PA chased the courier. Redelivery booked for Thursday morning.
Appeal this parking ticket.
Appeal written with your photos and submitted to the council.
Sort our team away day. 14 of us, Bath, one night.
Venue, rooms, a coach and a dinner that works for everyone’s diets. A trained PA handled the calls.
What’s my Avios balance?
48,210. Enough to upgrade Friday’s return. Want me to book it?
My GP only books by phone. Can you move Friday?
A trained PA called the surgery. You’re now seeing Dr Shah on Monday at 8:40.
Table for six tonight, somewhere good.
They only take bookings by phone, so a trained PA called. 19:30, window table.
Our PAs are vetted and under NDA. They work from a brief your assistant writes, never from your inbox.

Flat tyre. The car’s outside the gym. Up to £500 is fine.Personal AssistantA true story
Go to lunch.Come back to a new tyre.
One customer photographed her flat tyre, told Dream where the car was parked and approved the spend. She went to the gym, had lunch and a meeting. When she got back, the tyre had been changed.
Dream did what it could online and brought in a trained PA for the rest. She just saw it done.
Work and life
Most PAs stop at the office door.Yours doesn’t.
Most of what people send is work. The rest is life: the dentist, a present, a flat tyre. For busy people the two rarely split neatly, so one assistant covers both.

FAQs
Questions, answered.
Is it AI or a real person?
Both. Your assistant is AI, so it’s fast and always on. When a task needs a person, like calling an airline, chasing a courier or ringing round venues, it brings in one of our trained PAs. They’re vetted and under NDA, and they work from a brief your assistant writes, with no direct access to your email or accounts.
Is it for work or personal admin?
Both. Most of what people send is work: emails, meetings and travel. The rest is life: the dentist, a present, a flat tyre. For busy people the two rarely split neatly.
Do I need a new app?
No. Your assistant lives in WhatsApp. You can also email it, and there’s a web app if you want to see everything in one place.
What can it connect to?
Gmail or Outlook, and Google or Microsoft calendars, work and personal, so it can draft, triage and schedule for you. It also works with tools like Xero, HubSpot, Attio, Monday and Zoom. You choose what to connect, and you can disconnect at any time.
Can it pay for things?
Yes, with your own card or the company card. Purchases follow the limits and approvals you set, and each one runs on its own single-use card.
Can my company pay for it?
Yes. Start on your own card and move billing to your company whenever it’s ready. Companies can also add assistants for other leaders and give everyone Reve.
